Our "Maryland style" salmon cakes are made with a recipe similar to east-coast crab cakes, but we replace the crab with our best Sockeye and Coho fillets. Our salmon cakes are fully cooked and frozen. You can heat them up with an air fryer or convection oven in less than 20 minutes from freezer to plate. These cakes are sized for a slider bun, but they're also delicious without a bun, or maybe with some aioli, spicy mayo, or tartar sauce.

Salmon cakes are sold in packs or 4, individually wrapped. The four cakes will weigh about 7 to 8 ounces (approximately 2 oz each), with weight varying a little based on cooking. The cakes are shown with slider buns (buns not included). Ingredients include eggs and bread crumbs, as well as salmon, onions, celery, herbs and spices.

  • Shipping

Shipping is typically overnight or second-day shipping with Fedex. You don't have to be present to sign for your delivery, and the fish will remain frozen for several hours after delivery.

  • A Note About Shipping

We ship our products frozen using dry ice. Please be careful not to touch dry ice with your bare hands. Dry ice expands into a gas when it warms up and should not be placed in an air-tight container or the container may burst.
