Mixed Rockfish Fillets

There are many species of Rockfish in Alaska, including about 10 species in our area that all produce a firm, delicious fillet perfect for a simple baked rockfish, fish tacos, or chowder. We are offering individual fillets averaging 0.4 to 0.5 lbs for $9 each. The species of rockfish will vary with each order.

Alaska is home to about 30 species of Rockfish, most of them grouped by biologists as Demersal Shelf Rockfish. We catch a few of these species whenever we are out targeting Black Rockfish, and as commercial fishermen we are required to retain all rockfish, resulting in a mixed batch of fillets in our freezer.
