Salmon Lox Spring Special

The days are getting longer and we are getting excited about the upcoming fishing season. Fishing season brings a lot of details to figure out, including storage space for our future catch, so we're cutting prices in hopes of emptying our freezers. To this end we are offering 3 packages of our lox for $30, a 33% savings compared to our regular price!

We start with Sockeye Salmon fillets, and process them to produce the best lox you've ever tasted. The fresh, flavorful sockeye salmon is brined, then "cold smoked" to produce a firm, mildy flavored lox that is perfect for a bagel with cream cheese, a holiday snack platter with cheese or crackers, or simply eaten as a snack. Low in sodium and high in protein, these lox are delicious and good for you.

Our lox are prepared for us by the award-winning chefs at Kenai Red Fish Company.

An order will include three 3.5 oz, pre-sliced, individually vacuum-packed portions of sockeye salmon lox. They'll arrive frozen and can remain frozen for up to a year. They thaw in about a day in the fridge.
