Holiday "Snuggle Box"

Perfect for meals for two people on a Holiday Weekend, the "Snuggle Box" includes two packages of sliced lox for breakfasts or snacks, and two pounds of flash-frozen Coho fillets for dinners. If you're like us, you'll make sure there are Coho leftovers to make a delicious salmon salad for lunch, rounding out a full day of healthy and delicious salmon meals. This box includes two 3 oz packages of Sockeye Salmon nova lox, and 2 lbs of Coho fillets. Nova lox is brined and lightly smoked Sockeye Salmon fillets, sliced thin, flash frozen, and vacuum packed. This is the classic lox of lox and bagel fame, and we think you'll love it on a bagel with cream cheese, or it also makes a delicious snack with cheese and crackers.

The Coho fillets are flash frozen at the peak of freshness. These are raw fillets which are sushi grade, meaning they are suitable for eating raw, but most of you will probably prefer to cook them, and they are easy to cook in a variety of ways. The fillets are in pieces ranging from about 0.6 lbs to slightly more than a pound, so you'll receive two to four pieces with your 2 lb Snuggle Box. The fillets are vacuum packed and the airtight packages should be opened immediately upon thawing.
