Flash Frozen Coho Fillets, per pound

We are getting spring fever here at Kodiak Rush, and we feel the need to sell fish and make room for our next catch. Maybe we're jumping the gun, but you can benefit from the reduced price for our Coho Fillets.

Coho Salmon, or Silver Salmon, are the most widespread salmon, ranging from the Yukon to California, and in Alaska run in everything from small coastal creeks to large rivers. Coho are known for their spirited nature when hooked, and for their firm, delicious red flesh. In most of Alaska, including Kodiak, Cohos run later than most salmon, with Coho runs lasting into October.

Our own Coho are nearly sold out, so we are also offering our customers Coho from Kenai Red Fish Company. Kenai Red handles their fish as carefully as we do, and their frozen Coho fillets are among the best available anywhere.

Our Coho Fillets are flash frozen and individually vacuum packed. These fillets are boneless and skinless, and are frozen at the peak of freshness, and kept frozen to maintain freshness until you thaw them. The fillets average about 0.75 lbs, perfect for two people but because the fish vary in size, our packages vary in weight from about 0.6 to 1.5 lbs. This item is sold by the pound.
