Salmon Lox - Cold smoked Sockeye Fillet 1.25 lb (approx)

This year we are offering whole Sockeye fillets prepared as Novalox. Novalox is a brined and lightly cold-smoked to create the classic smoked salmon that is seen used for snacks, appetizers, or on a bagel.

These fillets average about 1.25 lbs. They are individually vacuum sealed and will arrive frozen. We sell by the pound.
